A few days after the work was complete, a pipe in the bathroom burst as it was so old… I called Steve and he was with me within 4 hours. Thankfully, Steve had previously explained how they had re plumbed upstairs and I was able to isolate the bathroom to prevent any significant damage.
Overall, I’m really impressed, delighted with the workmanship and will definitely use AHPS again for future work - of which there will be plenty. All of this for a reasonable rate too!
He attended my boiler issue on Friday, diagnosed the fault, obtained the parts and came back first thing Tuesday to fix. All was working within two hours.
