I had a kitchen mixer tap replaced in Stevenage . They came same day. Good efficient job done within the hour. All clean and tidy afterwards, thoroughly recommended.

Great work. He came and inspected the boiler after other person didn't managed to find the cause, lots of experience and he spot the problem immediately and fix it and I haven't have problems with the anymore, additionally he help me diagnosing the kitchen tap. Totally recommend him.

The job took @ 60 minutes with work areas left tidy and clean. My next service would need to be more thorough as parts were under performing. I first came across the guys from Archway when Kiani came to fix a leaking isolation valve in my bathroom and at the same time fitted some new taps. When chatting to Kiani it came to light that their service was much more than just plumbing and heating engineers. They fit bathrooms, kitchens, doors, windows etc. We were looking to get our bathroom completely gutted and refitted with new walk in shower, toilet, basin, towel rail, window, ceiling, lighting, extractor fan, tiles and flooring. They provided photos of a large number of bathrooms they had previously installed and after we accepted their quote they did an amazing job with our bathroom. Kiani did all the plumbing, Mick did all the joinery work, which included strengthening the walls and all the flooring. He also did the flooring. They brought tilers in to get the tiling done quickly and they did a brilliant job. I suspect we could have got a cheaper quote but the quality of the work from the Archway team was outstanding. We have subsequently had a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler installed by Steven from Archway and Kiani replaced 4 very old radiators in our upstairs bedrooms. We've just accepted a quote to have our downstairs toilet gutted and have a new toilet, basin, vanity unit, window, door and lights installed. We also plan to use Archway to fit out a new kitchen early in the new year (2026). I would definitely recommend Archway to family and friends and Kiani has already fixed a plumbing issue in my Mum's kitchen when she was having a new dishwasher installed.

My boiler had stopped working due to limescale build up. Steven was very professional and thorough with explaining the issue and what needed to be done to fix the problem. The job was quick and now the boiler works great. Everyone in my building uses Archway due to their good reputation. Would definitely recommend.
Met Steve a few months ago, liked his style and asked him to come and quote for a new boiler and bathroom refit. Recently, we used AHPS to install the new boiler, getting rid of the old back boiler and tanks. They were on time everyday, professional, trustworthy and took time to explain what they were doing whilst overcoming any problems that arose.

Mick did a fantastic job laying our living room flooring. Working around issues we found while lifting the old flooring including old gas pipes and having to level the floor which cost us another day. Mick was super friendly and even had Kiani come along to help to ensure they could finish the flooring even faster so it was complete for me.
