AHPS were incredible. We had a major leak in our flat bathroom that completely rotted through the floor and caused the entire space to be unsafe and unlivable in. Due to the severity of the issue, the team rushed and prioritized our job to ensure we’d have a working bathroom again. They were there for a few days and got the job done really quick and efficiently. They were really professional and would keep me updated with their plans and what they’re doing as they progress through to keep me in the loop and for me to be able to suggest any changes or amendments and they made sure to get all the work done to cater towards my difficult work hours. All scrap was stored safely out the way outside and was disposed of as soon as the work was complete. Very happy with their service and fully expecting to go to them for any future needs or issues we have.

We recently had extensive plumbing work carried out to upgrade all the internal pipework to 22mm and the main water supply pipe to 25mm, as well as the installation of a water softener. The work involved lifting floors, accessing pipe routes under floorboards, and removing sections of boxing and fittings, so we were naturally concerned about potential damage to walls, floors, carpets, and kitchen units.
I have to say the standard of workmanship was exceptional. Once the work was completed, you genuinely could not tell that such major plumbing work had taken place. Everything was reinstated perfectly and with great attention to detail.
They even arranged for a professional carpet fitter to refit the carpets that had been lifted to access the pipework under the floorboards, and a carpenter was brought in to refit all the boxing and woodwork that had to be removed during the installation. The finish throughout was excellent.
What also stood out was their ability to come up with practical and creative solutions whenever unexpected issues arose during the project. Instead of taking shortcuts, they carefully worked through problems and found solutions that maintained both the quality of the work and the appearance of the property.
This is actually the second time I’ve used them, having previously worked with Steve and Kiani on a similar project at another property around two years ago. Based on both experiences, I can confidently say they are highly professional, reliable, and take real pride in the quality of their work.
Overall, an excellent job from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience with AHPS from start to finish. Kiani was friendly, honest, and completely transparent about the work that needed to be done. It was clear from the start they take pride in doing things properly rather than cutting corners.
We also appreciated the additional knowledge and advice Kiani provided around our water supply and what boiler-work was realistically feasible for our house before agreeing to start.
One of the reasons we went with AHPS was because they coordinated all the additional trades we needed for the various jobs round the house (plumbing, plastering and electrics), so we only had to liaise with Kiani which was fantastic. Really made the process easier and less stressful for us (especially as we changed our minds on things more than once!).
Pricing was very reasonable for the great job Kiani and Sam the plasterer did, and they kept us updated throughout each day with what had been completed and if any problems were discovered.
Overall, we’re extremely pleased with the quality of work and the level of communication from AHPS as we were on a tight deadline with a little one on the way and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy tradespeople. We’re hoping to use them again soon for sorting out our upstairs bathroom.

I first came across the guys from Archway when Kiani came to fix a leaking isolation valve in my bathroom and at the same time fitted some new taps. When chatting to Kiani it came to light that their service was much more than just plumbing and heating engineers. They fit bathrooms, kitchens, doors, windows etc. We were looking to get our bathroom completely gutted and refitted with new walk in shower, toilet, basin, towel rail, window, ceiling, lighting, extractor fan, tiles and flooring. They provided photos of a large number of bathrooms they had previously installed and after we accepted their quote they did an amazing job with our bathroom. Kiani did all the plumbing, Mick did all the joinery work, which included strengthening the walls and all the flooring. He also did the flooring. They brought tilers in to get the tiling done quickly and they did a brilliant job. I suspect we could have got a cheaper quote but the quality of the work from the Archway team was outstanding. We have subsequently had a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler installed by Steven from Archway and Kiani replaced 4 very old radiators in our upstairs bedrooms. We've just accepted a quote to have our downstairs toilet gutted and have a new toilet, basin, vanity unit, window, door and lights installed. We also plan to use Archway to fit out a new kitchen early in the new year (2026). I would definitely recommend Archway to family and friends and Kiani has already fixed a plumbing issue in my Mum's kitchen when she was having a new dishwasher installed.

Met Steve a few months ago, liked his style and asked him to come and quote for a new boiler and bathroom refit. Recently, we used AHPS to install the new boiler, getting rid of the old back boiler and tanks. They were on time everyday, professional, trustworthy and took time to explain what they were doing whilst overcoming any problems that arose.
A few days after the work was complete, a pipe in the bathroom burst as it was so old… I called Steve and he was with me within 4 hours. Thankfully, Steve had previously explained how they had re plumbed upstairs and I was able to isolate the bathroom to prevent any significant damage.
Overall, I’m really impressed, delighted with the workmanship and will definitely use AHPS again for future work - of which there will be plenty. All of this for a reasonable rate too!

Archway Heating and Plumbing recently replaced three bespoke radiators in our home with new designer ones. It was not a straightforward job because of the way our previous radiators had been installed, but the team handled it brilliantly. They even had to chip back the walls and adjust the existing plumbing, which was extra work they had not expected, yet they carried on without any fuss and stuck to the original quote.

Fantastic service and workmanship with honest and helpful advice. The team completed a complete refit of my bathroom and a new carpet throughout the flat. Really helpful and professional team. The work included replacement of boiler and heating system and loft boarding. The guys were very professonal and did the work to a high standard. They turned up on time and cleared up at end of each day. I would definitely recommend them as a team and will be booking annual boiler checks with them in future.

Mick did a fantastic job laying our living room flooring. Working around issues we found while lifting the old flooring including old gas pipes and having to level the floor which cost us another day. Mick was super friendly and even had Kiani come along to help to ensure they could finish the flooring even faster so it was complete for me. Really pleased with the end result (pics are before skirting board was put back on). Booked through Steve who was also really helpful and friendly. Would definitely use AHPS again!

Michael did a fantastic job on my kitchen. The attention to detail is brilliant. I'm a very fussy and particular in what I want. Michael made this kitchen possible for me with his guidance and knowledge. He told me why some of my ideas were not possible and also showed me. Going with his recommendations and putting trust in him, I could see he was right and I'm much more greatful for it. He has done a brilliant job on the plumbing, kitchen fitting, custom cuts for lights, architectraves with all custom continuous groves all routed in. I love it. Thank you again!
