Replaced our kitchen tap as the old one could not be fixed due to the manufacturing.

Archway Heating and Plumbing recently replaced three bespoke radiators in our home with new designer ones. It was not a straightforward job because of the way our previous radiators had been installed, but the team handled it brilliantly. They even had to chip back the walls and adjust the existing plumbing, which was extra work they had not expected, yet they carried on without any fuss and stuck to the original quote.

The whole team were professional, friendly and easy to talk to throughout the job. The radiators look fantastic and the quality of their work is clear to see. I already have them booked for boiler servicing and a few more jobs later this year. Highly recommend Archway Heating and Plumbing for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company.

AHPS have been one of the best companies / tradesmen I’ve used so far in all of my homes. I felt really impressed from the start. Kiani was the first to swiftly respond to my request. He came next day. Quote was very fair and reasonable. But what I find more important, personally, is the customer service and delivery. Kiani is friendly, professional, competent, honest, polite, respectful and educational - I learnt some things that were so helpful to know about our toilet. He makes every effort to be available for you, and communication is 10/10. I’ll be using AHPS again 😊 thank you Kiani!

Kiani stands out a million miles in terms of : response time, workmanship, open and honest advice in the best interest of the customer. Kiani brought along a training colleague.. any person training under Kiani’s supervision will be extremely successful as they will learn his approach to such a great delivery of service. I recently had the pleasure of working with Archway Heating and Plumbing Services once again, and I can confidently say that Steve is a true professional! This was my second time using their services for a plumbing job, and just like before, I was thoroughly impressed.

Steve arrived on time and was friendly and approachable. He quickly assessed the issue with my radiator and explained the necessary repairs in a clear and concise manner. His expertise was evident, and I felt reassured that my radiator was in good hands.

The repair process was efficient, and Steve worked diligently to ensure everything was fixed properly. He took great care to minimize any disruption and left the area clean and tidy once he was done. I appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Fantastic service and workmanship with honest and helpful advice. The team completed a complete refit of my bathroom and a new carpet throughout the flat. I was consulted at every step of the way and they could not have been more helpful, going above and beyond to ensure the entire process ran smoothly and they left the flat in an immaculate condition. I thoroughly recommend using Archway Heating and Plumbing Services.

Suggestions - I booked for full service but there was further work needs to done.

Please give quatation before start initial job, Customer have to think about full price if it is affordable or not.

A great service provided by this company. Steve explained everything thoroughly, provided context and background information, suggested things to look out for going forward and ran some additional checks without charge. Professional, honest and goes the extra mile and to top it off excellent value!

Really helpful and professional team. The work included replacement of boiler and heating system and loft boarding. The guys were very professonal and did the work to a high standard. They turned up on time and cleared up at end of each day. I would definitely recommend them as a team and will be booking annual boiler checks with them in future.

Mick did a fantastic job laying our living room flooring. Working around issues we found while lifting the old flooring including old gas pipes and having to level the floor which cost us another day. Mick was super friendly and even had Kiani come along to help to ensure they could finish the flooring even faster so it was complete for me. Really pleased with the end result (pics are before skirting board was put back on). Booked through Steve who was also really helpful and friendly. Would definitely use AHPS again!

Michael is an excellent carpenter. He has built three bespoke wardrobes for us his attention to detail is 2nd to none. fitted oak worktops in our kitchen, most importantly, he’s a very polite man

Michael did a fantastic job on my kitchen. The attention to detail is brilliant. I'm a very fussy and particular in what I want. Michael made this kitchen possible for me with his guidance and knowledge. He told me why some of my ideas were not possible and also showed me. Going with his recommendations and putting trust in him, I could see he was right and I'm much more greatful for it. He has done a brilliant job on the plumbing, kitchen fitting, custom cuts for lights, architectraves with all custom continuous groves all routed in. I love it. Thank you again!
